1. Working principle

The fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom of the cyclone powder collector, which is the finished product. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.

2. Performance characteristics

(1) The micro grinding is efficient and low consumption. Under the same material, power and fineness of finished product, the output is 40% higher than that of air mill and agitation mill.

(2) The micro mill has a long service life. In the case of the same fineness of materials and finished products, the service life of wear parts is longer than that of impact crusher and turbine crusher, generally up to more than 1 year.

(3) There is no rolling bearing or screw in the grinding cavity. There is no bearing and its seals and fragile screws easily loose and destroy the machine and other problems

(4) The fineness of the ultrafine grinding product can reach D97 ≤5μm at one time
