Product Description:
This 50 liters vacuum emulsifier mixer is with hydraulic lifting design, which means its cover can go up and down. This design is more convenient to clean tank inside after production. If the raw material is expensive (such as serum, eye cream), it's convenient to scrape the finished product stuck on wall or mixing paddle to prevent waste.
One set machine combines with mixing, heating/cooling, emulsifying and vacuum function to make perfect final products. There are two control systems for you to choose: SIEMENS PLC touch screen conrol or Button Control.

The control panel is where all the mixer's operations carry out . The controls include the lighting power system, the main pot's constant functioning, control of the main pot's stirring operation, access to the vacuum system's operation, and the water and oil pot's mixing and heating process.
