Generator Set Supply Scope:

1. Engine: Brand-new engine.

2. Alternator: Brand new brushless alternator, single bearing, IP23, H insulation class.

3. Base Frame: Heavy duty steel channel base frame.

4. Radiator: With safety guard.

5. Vibration Damper: Vibration damper between Engine/Alternator and base frame.

6. Breaker: 3 poles output manual circuit breaker.

7. Controller: Deepsea / Smartgen, automatic controller with AMF function.

8. Silencer: Heavy duty industrial type silencer with flexible bellow, elbow.

Genetator test:

1. Loading test: Generators are subjected to a comprehensive performance test which included 0%, 25%, 100% and 110% loading to check and verify the generator running.

2. Parts fault test.

3. Fuel tank pressure test.

4. Bolt tightening torque test.

5. Voltage bearing and insulation test.

6. Noise level test.
