1. The equipment adopts the two-body parallel structure of the lane conveying and bagging host part,to meet the high-speed transportation, bagging and bagging operation of materials, and to realize the automatic docking of the equipment and the front section of the production equipment.

2. The equipment adopts photoelectric sensing and PLC centralized control technology, which has a high degree of intelligence, saves the labor force and improves the production efficiency.

Screw filling(three or two phrase to ensure the accuracy-->Stop filling-->Manual place the empty bags onto filling chute-->Clamp closely empty bags-->pre-weight materials fill into bags -->Air suck into the bag-->Vacuum stick auto pull out of the weighed bags -->weighed bag auto released onto belt conveyor-->stitch the bags-->Next round
