There are 4 spray balls in the tank, as shown in the above Pic. The four spray balls can clean the material pipe without dead ends. It uses an ultrasonic liquid level sensor to control the liquid level, and the temperature sensor to monitor the inside temperature. The emptying valve is used for material emptying and tank cleaning and drainage after batch production.

The diving part is equipped with anti-collision protection for the filling nozzle. When there is malfunction, the filling nozzle collides with the bottles, and the filling nozzle is lifted up, after the through-beam photoelectric detects the signal, it will stop diving and prompt an alarm message. Pay special attention to the fact that when the filling nozzle collides with the bottle mouth, it is necessary to check whether the filling nozzle is bent during the discharge and filling. If it is bent, it needs to be corrected.

The filling nozzle is specialized designed with to prevent drop / spill.
