Materials

A cold-rolled steel is used for this product. Cold rolled steel is steel that has been produced by cold rolling. Surface Treatment

Carburizing and hardening is a common heat treatment process for metal materials, which allows the surface of carburised workpieces to obtain a high degree of hardness and improve their wear resistance. The traditional processes are: low temperature tempering, pre-cooling direct quenching, primary heating quenching, carburising high temperature tempering, secondary quenching cold treatment, carburising after induction heating and other processes.
