Ordinary 4 flute ball nose end mill has poor heat dissipation effect when it is used, so when it works in high intensity for a long time, a lot of heat will be generated, which will affect the service life of the ball nose end mill. Moreover, some metal chips remain in the chip removal groove of the 4 flute ball nose end mill during milling. And the outer spray coolant could not completely spray to the chip removal slot hence reduce the effect of the spray coolant.
