Door Slab

Construction of door leaf shall be taken apart into three parts: 43 mm thick honeycomb kraftpaper which has been treated with fireproof liquid; 1.0mm thick gauge steel and powder coated or wood grain transfer finishing layers on both sides.

Reforcement steel is welded at hinges, locks and closers sides, steel plate is in thickness of 3.0mm.

Frame

Frames of Zowor fire exit steel doors are made from 1.2 mm galvanized steel, finish is also powder coating, just as door leaf. We have welded frames and knock-down frames for your choice. And single rabbet and double rabbet frames are both available for welded and knock-down frames. Frame depth is 120mm by default.

Finishing Options

A large range of options are available to customise your steel fire exit door, from push bars and pads to vision panels and door closers. Our fire escape door range has an integral bonded " honeycomb core’; giving them great rigidity and preventing the steel fire door from twisting. A rock wool insulation is available as an option also.

If you’re not sure what colour to go for, most of our customer choose green, red and yellow colours so that they stand out during an emergency.

Door Dimensions

According to our certificate we can customzie any size of doors ranging from 700mm to 1219mm in width and 700mm to 2403mm in height for single doors, meanwhile for double doors the width ranges from 1300mm to 2403mm, height ranges from 750mm to 2403mm. By the way, we mean the door leaf sizes here. And overall frame sizes will be 95mm wider and 99mm higher than dimensions listed above.

Color Chart

Talking about color chart we refer to different colors for different finishes, namely powder coating finsh and wood grain transfer finsih. For powder coating finish we can customize any color inclusive RAL system and for wood grain we have popular ones such as oakwood, walnut, beach, cherry, teak ect, more options can also be made to your request.

Vision Panels

Attention: In circumstances where fire doors with fire rating longer than 2 hours, we do not suggest doors with glass inserts.

Hardware

UL listed door holders, hinges, locksets are standard choice for you. More options are aligners, stoppers, magnetic door holders etc.. We can also supply hardware to other standards upon request.

Remarks: If you don’t need hardware but only punching holes, please send us some samples of your ironmongery so that we can make it precise in door manufacturing.

Overseas Package

Our steel fire doors are packed specially for overseas transportation.

By default the package will be as following:

• PE paper around doors→2. foam plates around 4 edges and corners→3. foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates→4. strong carton
