• Flame heating or repair welding of all parts of the drum is not allowed.
• If there is abnormal vibration and abnormal sound when the separator is working, it should immediately cut off the power supply and stop it immediately.
• Parts of the drum cannot be exchanged with other drum parts, even the same type of separator is not allowed.
• When the "O" assembly mark of the main lock cap crosses the corresponding mark of the drum body by more than 25°, Users should stop using it immediately and contact our company in time.
• The separator must not be used to process materials that are more corrosive than the factory design.
• In the process of use, if the wear of the drum body exceeds 1mm, the user should stop using it immediately and contact our company in time.
• If the main parts of the separator are found to have quality problems, we must notify our company in time, and users are not allowed to replace and repair without authorization, so as not to damage the machine and affect safe production. Please use the spare parts provided by our company.
• When the separator has been used for two years or its vibration intensity exceeds 4.5mm/s and cannot be reduced, non-destructive testing of the drum parts and shafts must be carried out and the dynamic balance of the drum part must be checked. Flaw detection will be required every year thereafter.
