Q: Where is your factory ? Can we visit your factory?

A: Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province,China, 17kms away from Ningbo Airport. We sincerely welcome customers to visit our company and factory.

Q: Could you add our logo on your products?

A: Yes,if your quantity more than 50pcs. we could add your logo on the products.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 1-2 days if the goods are in stock. or it will be 3-5 weeks if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge, but do not pay the cost of express freight.

Q: What is your payment term and payment way?
A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance.

Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment. Payment ways are : T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay.
