Cold Tire Retread Tyre Casing Buffing Machine Used Tyre Retreading Machine

Conformable tire: The sidewall rubber still very good but tread rubber was worn down and damage the steel belt.

Section process: rubber cutting machine remove the tread rubber with steel belt, named casing, and cover a new casing, at last put the tire on curing chamber heating and vulcanizing.

First—Select tyres

Selected the suitable tyres from the waste tyres for retreading.

Second—Buffing tyres

After selected, using tyre buffing machine grind the tyres, buffing to the distance from rubber line only 3-2mm, it can automatic control the distance.

Please note there is no stones and other sundry on the tyre.

Third—Repair tyre crown(the tyre tread after buffing)

Repair the tyre on the tyre repair stand, using repair tools clean the holes, rubdown the thread residue of TBR, processing the steel wire of wire bead.

Fourth—Tyre cavity repair

Using tyre checking machine, expend the tyre cavity, repair the holes, different sizes holes use different strengthening layers.

Fifth—Brush coating

After repairing, brush the glue (cushion rubber and 120#gasoline mixer), dry it in the air about 30mins.

Sixth—Extrude rubber strips

The tyres was sharped in the high speed way, after the above repairing, there will be a few mm sag, which need to fill in some rubber strip. If not, the empty parts will foam concrete pavement when the tyre in the high speed running.

Seventh—Stick the middle rubber

After extruded the rubber strips, stick the middle rubber, to ensure curing the buffing tread and rubber tread rubber.

Eighth—Stick tyre tread

When finished the above process, stick one layer tread rubber, it is the main material for tyre retreading. Select the best quality tread rubber, make a high quality renew tyre.

Ninth—Install the envelop

Using envelop spreader machine install the envelops. It will create a good physical condition for tyre curing, inflate the envelops to keep a balance pressure.

Tenth—Install inner tube, flap and rim

The rim can support the inner tube, when the chamber pressure and inner tube extrusion pressure.

Eleventh—Put tyres on the multi-function tyre frame

Put the packed tyres on the frame, then put them into curing chamber.

Twelfth—Curing

Mould curing machine with half-part mold, segment mold or cone mold

Thirteenth—Final inspection

After vulcanizing the tyres, using the high pressure inspection machine test the tyres strictly.
