Q:How can it work itself?

Our machine uses a series of process in which microorganisms decompose biodegradable material in the presence of oxygen. With mixture of microbes,accelerate the digestion of biodegradable material with in 24 hours. The process is feed in ,crush,squeeze and dewater,composting and finally discharge.(smaller than 100kg model is without crusher and squeezer)

Q:How long is its life span? And how about the warranty?

Our machine can be servicing for 10000 hours. All the main motors and parts we all use the best brand, like Siemence and Schneider. And our warranty period is two years, during two years every spare parts goes wrong we will send to customers for free, and help to fix and install.

Q:Is MINGXUAN composting machine able to treat hard bones or plastic and glass.

Our machine has powerful crusher, can crush hard bones easily, but you can not put in plastic , glass and metals. Plastic bags may cause intertwine, and do harm to motors and stirring bearings. Glass and will do harm to crusher, shorten the using life.
