Introduction:

Polyester​ surface veil is a non-woven veil made of 100% polyester fiber with binder hold it together, by spunlaced processing.

Features:

● Give surface enhancement at the face of a laminate and provide a smooth, resin-rich, durable surface;

● Indutrial use in pipes, containers, tanks, profiles, pultrusion and filament winding process

●Absorbs resin fast, the product surface is smooth.

Application:

● Compatiable with reinforeced unsaturated polyester resin, vinlylester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin and polyurethane resin etc.

● Forming process includes pultrusion, RTM, continuous plate process etc.

● The typical end-use applications are PU pultruded profile, antenna radome, cable tray, panel etc.
