Functional Overview:

1.1 Introduction to equipment functions and principles
This equipment is mainly used for double edge cutting, single/double edge folding, and double edge ironing of pouch cell packaging

1.1.2. Edge sealing thickness of battery: 0.19—0.3mm
1.1.3. fold method: The roller is compatible with single/double folding (this method can be specified according to customer requirements)
1.1.4. cutting accuracy:±0.1mm
1.1.5. Positioning accuracy: ±0.1mm, the battery is positioned by a fixture
1.1.6.Cutter life: 100K (repairable, the repair data depends on the actual situation, it can be repaired about 5 times under normal conditions)
