ZT-90CNC is a precision tools'grinding machine which in-cooperate the necessary features required for the economical manufacturing and regrinding of a wide range of PCD, PCBN, carbide and HSS cutting tools.

Design Features:

• Extremely rigid construction with heavy duty cast iron body, more than

18 months natural ageing, stable and durable.

• The spindle can realize lifting and angle adjustment, which embodies the

perfect combination of precision, rigidity and dexterity.

• 5 axis CNC, 2 axis linkage, the whole grinding process is fully automatic.

• Using the latest vision technology, realizes on-line detection, automatic

grinding, parameter memory, machining error alarm, etc., comprehensively improves the machining efficiency, accuracy, automation and stability.

• Spindle motor adopts brush less motor, stable and reliable.

• The whole pneumatic system is of JAPAN SMC brand, to get rapid feed

and outfeed and flexible grinding.

• Equipped with electronic handwheel, can easily adjust the position of

each machining axis and achieve manual grinding.
