It is mainly composed of uncoiler, leveling machine, servo feeder, punching machine, forming machine and shearing unit. Various cross-sections and different specifications of solar support profiles can be produced by switching. The finished product has good straightness. 2.Production process

The production line is carried out according to the following technological process:

Uncoiling→Leveling Servo Feeding→Punching→Cold Forming→Hydraulic Shear→Discharging

3.1 Uncoiler

Unwinding: The machine is in single head mode. Single support, manually drive the expansion and contraction of the material shaft of the uncoiler.

The tensioning structure is a connecting rod type, and the working state is stable and reliable.

The uncoiler is equipped with a pneumatic brake device.

In order to prevent the material from loosening during the uncoiling process, the uncoiler is equipped with a pneumatic pressing arm to ensure the safety of the operators.

The uncoiler also contains 4 baffles to prevent the roll from being misaligned or unrolled

Maximum allowable coil outer diameter: Ф1600mm

Maximum allowable roll width: 250 mm

Maximum roll bearing weight: ≤2500 kg

3.2 Servo leveling feeder 1 set

Uses: Feed the sheet material according to the actual required step length for punching, and can set multiple groups of feeding parameters at one time, which is convenient and fast. Feeding accuracy is accurate without cumulative tolerance.

The servo feeder contains 1 pair of feeding rollers, using spring pressing and pneumatic loosening. Servo motor controls the loosening process.

Structure: composed of frame, pressing system and servo drive system

Parameters: Maximum feeding speed: 40m/min

Maximum allowable feeding width: ≤250mm

Allowable feeding thickness≤2.5mm

Single feeding error: ≤±0.2mm (the tolerance is not cumulative)

The material of the feeding roller is 9Cr2Mo (or GCr15), the hardness is HRC55-60
