Vertical Baler Machine

This baling/baler machine is designed with vertical structure, hydraulic transmission, electrical control and manual baling. It is
widely used for press and pack the material into bales.
Material after compress all have the uniform external dimension with tight and high density, which is space-saving and very
convenient to stock and transport.

Application

Used for pressing and packing the loose goods such as paper, carton, cotton yarn, bags and scrap, plastic film, pet bottles,
forage grass, etc. It is also a necessary machine for the hollow plastic such as gasoline container, HDPE/PP can, oil drum, etc.

Features

1. It is automatic control mode, hydraulic drive, top-mounted cylinder, very simple for operation.
2. Baling method: manual control.
3. It have automatic chain bale ejector for quickly and easily ejecting the bales out from the baler.
4. Special wheel design makes sure that platen will not slope as a result of uneven feedings.
5. The ram of hydraulic baler will stop running downwards when the feeding gate is opened which ensure the safety of operation.
6. Pressure force, packing size can be designed according to customer’s specific requirement.
