This automatic sealing capping machine is mainly used for disposable aluminum caps of pilfer proof, and the advantages are as

of caps.
4.High automation:this machine is equipped with automatic cap arranging and cap hanging device, and can be equipped with cap
loading device.
5.Long service life: the sealing wheel is made of special material and wear-resistant.

Working principle
   The frequency modulation motor transmits the power to the main shaft assembly and the capping head through the gear. The bottle filled by the filling machine is fed into the bottle separator through the chain of bottle conveyor. The bottle pitch is divided
into the bottle pitcher by bottle separator. At an equal distance, the bottle smoothly enters bottle feeding wheel, and bottle cap sent by the cap supplying device passes through the capping slot to reach the cap feeding device. When the bottle is dialed by
bottle dial wheel, it is the same as the cap feeding device. When the caps meet, the cap is put on the mouth of the bottle, the bottle is dialed to the turntable, the cap is then lowered and the cap is pressed, the bottle's indenter on the cap and the bottle
cushion of the turntable are pressed and fixed, and two threads The rail wheel and two sealing rail wheels are pressed against the periphery of the cap. As the cap head rotates, the four rail wheels press the cap tightly and rotate along the threads on the
bottle neck and the bottle diameter ring to roll out the cap. Thread and sealing ring, then the cap head rises, the capped bottle passes the central dial, and the bottle dial is sent out of the body.
