Product Introduction

WQ-132 is mainly used in the synthesis of water-based acrylic emulsions, with excellent permeability and transferability, excellent printability, good transparency, low VOC, low odor, especially suitable for the synthesis of hard emulsions, with low slag yield; for low cost and high viscosity emulsion polymerization.

Physical Property

Using

• Recommended amount of solids added: 10% to 15%
• Emulsifier addition amount: 0.5%～0.8%
• Amount of ammonium persulfate added: 0.3% to 0.5%

Application:

• As emulsifying agent in synthetic hard emulsion
• For emulsion polymerization

Packaging and Storage Condition

• Packing in 25KG/Bag
• The product should be stored in an airtight container to avoid freezing and high temperature. Recommended normal storage temperature is 10-35°
