Process:
Cold galvanizing is the process of oil removal, rust removal, showing no pollution, infiltrating electric welding mesh hung into a special plating tank cathode, anode with zinc. When DC power is switched on, the zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode, and discharge on the cathode, so that the welding net is coated with a layer of zinc. The coating is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the corrosion protection time will be relatively short.
