What causes the failure of turning milling composite processing
At the initial stage of use, the turning milling compound
processing lathe has been installed and commissioned for about a
year. The fault at this stage is characterized by high fault
frequency and rapid reduction with the increase of service time.
The causes of frequent failures at the initial stage of use are
roughly as follows:
1. Electrical causes.
A large number of electronic components are used in the control
system of turning milling compound lathe. Although these components
have undergone long-term aging test and other screening in the
manufacturer, some components with poor performance cannot
withstand the test in actual use due to circuit heating and the
influence of variable load, surge current and back EMF on the
switch. The whole system cannot work normally due to current impact
or voltage breakdown, or change of characteristic curve.
2. Hydraulic cause.
After a long period of transportation and installation after the
turning milling composite processing leaves the factory, some parts
of the hydraulic system are free of oil for a long time, the
lubricating oil in the oil cylinder is dry, and the oil mist
lubrication cannot take effect immediately, resulting in rust on
the hydraulic cylinder or oil cylinder. In addition, if the newly
installed air pipe is not cleaned, some impurities and moisture may
also enter the system, causing the initial failure of hydraulic and
pneumatic components.
3. Mechanical causes.
Although the turning milling compound lathe has run in before
leaving the factory, the time is short, mainly due to the running
in of the spindle and guide rail. Because there are micro and macro
geometric errors in the machining surface of the part, the
machining surface of the part is relatively rough before the
complete running in, and there may be errors in the assembly of the
part. Therefore, large wear will lead to a large gap between the
relative moving parts of the equipment, resulting in failure.
