1 . How Nut Conveyors Works?

During the conveying process of the nut conveyor, the vibrating plate vibrates, drives the nuts to rotate, and moves according to the pre-set trajectory of the vibrating plate, screens the nuts that meet the standards to enter the conveying pipeline, and distributes and positions the nuts to the conveying gun by the distributor. The nut is sent to the designated station by the ejector rod inside the gun to complete the conveying process. The nut conveyor is usually used in conjunction with the spot welding machine. When the nut is sent to the positioning pin of the spot welding machine through the ejector rod inside the gun, the ejector rod is automatically retracted, and the spot welder completes the welding action.
