The V-type arch fender that has been optimised for increased energy absorption compared to traditional arch fenders.

DockFender can offer arch fenders as either a single element or as part of a complete fender system. They are particularly useful for vessels with high allowable hull pressures and where mounting space is limited.

The DockFender fender comes in sizes from 150H (height) to 1000H mm. Length up to 3000 mm.

The V Fender is a rigid and simple molded one piece rubber fender type. The fenders are rubber faced, whilst DockFender Arch Fenders have a low-friction UHMW-PE face. Both types are commonly installed horizontally or vertically, onto new or existing structures. Minimal maintenance means they enjoy a long and trouble-free service life with low cost of ownership.Many sizes and compounds are available, whilst custom lengths, fixing configurations can be provided on request.

Inspection and certificate

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.

The following tests are to be conducted:

- Rubber performance test including tensile, ozone and abrasion test

- Energy absorption and reaction test

Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agencies including CCS, ABS, BV, LR, DNV-GL to inspect and offer certificates according to customer requirements.

Inspect items as below:

1. Rubber tensile, ozone and abrasion test.

2. Rubber fender energy absorption and reaction test.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
