HIP-Si3N4 races and balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder and are processed HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology too. which can highly improve the properties of material and decline the porosity of blanks.Silicon nitride bearings have high hardness, are wear-resistant, resistant to a variety of strong acid, strong alkali, salt corrosion (in addition to hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid), non-magnetic, non-conductive, high insulation.

3. SSiC races and balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material, silicon carbide can resist corrosion by hydrofluoric acid, is the most excellent ceramic material with the best corrosion resistance among the known materials.Silicon carbide bearings have a density and coefficient of linear expansion close to that of silicon nitride ceramic materials.
