Overview:

Temperature transmitter, local temperature gauge and liquid level switch are installed on the VI dissolving tank;

Flow meter and flow control valve are installed on the base oil pipeline;

Pressure transmitter, local pressure gauge, flow meter is installed on steam inlet pipeline;

Pressure transmitter, local pressure gauge and flow meter are installed on the Cooling water inlet pipeline;

Filter, pressure control valve and Air flow meter are installed on instrument air pipeline;

Pressure transmitter, local pressure gauge, pressure control valve is installed on Finished product VI circulation and transportation pipeline.

Type of VI:

Base oil:10~500cst; Liquid VI 7075: ~1300cst(100℃),~2800 cst(80℃) ; Liquid VI V261: ~1600cst(100℃),~3100 cst(80℃)
