TORLEO series intelligent valve positioner has a quick initialization one-key auto-tuning function. After the positioner is assembled to the pneumatic actuator/control valve according to the installation requirements (straight stroke: the rotation angle of the feedback rod is required to reach 60°as far as possible 'angular stroke: the rotation angle is 90°), just press and hold the operation of the user interface of the machine Release the left button of the button after 3 seconds, the positioner will start to start the quick initialization and one-button auto-tuning, and automatically judge the switching characteristics of the valve (air to open or air to close) Automatically calculate the size of the valve's upper and lower strokes and operating time, and automatically determine The size of the friction coefficient of the valve, the automatic extraction and calculation of the characteristic parameters that meet the needs of high-precision control (0.1% - 0.3%). The entire self-tuning process can be completed within 3 minutes, and the LCD display dynamically displays the entire self-tuning process to achieve convenient operation.
