Rubber air spring installation method

Step 1: First, press the upper end stop with the thumbs of both hands, pressing inward at four points at the same time, squeeze the middle of the airbag, and then squeeze down to about the width of one hand.

Step 2: Place the compressed air spring between the piston and the top plate, be sure to place the pocket logo lettering up.

Step 3: Secure the lower port to the annular seat on the piston and the upper port to the annular seat under the top plate. During the entire installation process, protective measures must be taken to support the frame and axles to prevent personal injury from body slippage.

Step 4: Pressurize the air spring so that its top and bottom ports are precisely positioned between the top plate and the piston. The interface quickly slides into place.

Step 5: Lower the vehicle and the air spring will automatically roll off the piston. The final installation is complete.
