Food- and chemical-grade SS316L NaCl evaporation & crystallization line engineered for refined sodium chloride. The system integrates brine purification with vacuum evaporation (MEE and/or MVR) and controlled crystallization to deliver consistent grain size, high purity, and low moisture—ready for centrifuging, drying, sizing, iodization, and packing.
Clarified/polished brine is concentrated under vacuum using multi-effect and/or MVR duty. Tight control of ΔT/LMTD, circulation rate, and residence time stabilizes supersaturation, ensuring repeatable crystallization and low energy consumption.
Wetted parts in SS316L (duplex/Ti on request). Sanitary finishes, traceable materials, drainable piping, and validated CIP supporting HACCP/ISO programs for edible salt production.
