main feature:
1. Automatic unwinding system. Easy to use and maintain, thanks to the spring, the

product can be flexibly discharged, whether it is a flat cone or a natural side cone.

2. One motor can drive the whole machine. It can make the oven, the rolling machine system

and the material pump work synchronously driven by the high-precision belt, which can produce

high-efficiency and high-standard products.

3. Ferris wheel system. Shorten the distance from the baking template to the rolling mold, and reduce

the amount of sugar and oil.

4. Turntable type co-directional cup receiving system. The new cup receiving system, in coordination

with the equipment, runs on the same level as the roll die and cup withdrawal, which ensures that the

cone cups fall into the cup receiving groove more accurately and achieves higher automation.

Easy to use and maintain. Flexible cone ejector device with springs allows cone diameter within

2mm difference to be ejected, no matter flat-top or natural rimmed cone.

Wafer takes shorter path from baking plates to rolling molds. Use of sugar and oil can be reduced.

CONE LENGTH CONTROL DEVICES
Control the length,diameter,size of sugar cone and perfect flat topped.

SYCHRONIZED ROTARY CONE TRANSFERRING SYSTEM
Same horizontal movement with the rolling reel during cone ejection to ensure perfect
cone transfer.
