Features of stainless steel seamless pipe:

First, the thicker the wall thickness of the product is, the more economical and practical it is. Duplex stainless steel has about half of ferrite phase and half of austenite phase in its solid solution structure. Generally, the content of small phase should reach 30%. With low C content, Cr content is 18%~28% and Ni content is 3%~10%. Some steels also contain alloy elements such as Mo, Cu, Nb, Ti and N.

904L (N08904, 14539) super austenitic stainless steel contains 14.0-18.0% chromium, 24.0-26.0% nickel and 4.5% molybdenum. 904L super austenitic stainless steel is a low-carbon, high nickel, molybdenum austenitic stainless acid resistant steel, which is a proprietary material imported from H · S Company of France. It has good activation passivation transformation ability, excellent corrosion resistance, good corrosion resistance in non oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid and phosphoric acid, good pitting resistance in neutral chloride containing medium, and good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion. It is applicable to various concentrations of sulfuric acid below 70 ℃. It can resist acetic acid of any concentration and temperature under normal pressure, and has good corrosion resistance in the mixed acid of formic acid and acetic acid.
