1. The process flow of copper strip soft connection: standard material selection → mold making → blanking → cleaning and stacking → pickling → surface treatment → heat preservation → smelting → sawing and burr cleaning → drilling → surface polishing → conductive surface tin plating → shaping →Packaging →Storage

2. The melting and casting process of the copper-aluminum soft belt transition joint: clean the well-proportioned materials according to the requirements of the process standards and put them in the holding furnace. When the temperature reaches about 600 °C, take them out. After applying a special solvent, put them into the prepared molds. Then, pour the molten metal (temperature around 1200°C) into the mold, and the high-speed solution melts into one piece. After the casting is solidified, the mold can be removed and taken out.
