Working Principle of Magnetic Float Ball Level Gauge

NYCFQ series maglev ball level gauge is designed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic force. The magnetic float ball liquid level meter is installed with one or more dry reeds in the closed non-magnetic tube, and then passes the tube through one or more hollow floating balls with ring magnets inside. The ring-shaped magnetic float will drive the floating balls to move up and down along with the rise or fall of the liquid, so that the dry reeds in the non-magnetic tube will be attracted or disconnected, and the resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level will be output and converted into a 4-20mA standard signal output, It can also send a contact on (off) conversion signal.
