17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel,

equivalent grades 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, SUS630, EN 1.4542.

The intensity level of the alloy can be adjusted by changes in heat treatment process.

Martensitic transformation and the formation of precipitation hardening phase by aging treatment is

the main means to strengthen the alloy.

17-4PH stainless alloy has good anti-attenuation, anti-fatigue, anti-corrosion and nice resistance to

water droplets properties.

Chemical composition %

Heat Treatment
Solution heat treatment at 1020～1060℃, rapid cooling; then aging treatment, air cooling.
