Flat Copper Wire Coil is used to manufacture insulated wires or windings in electrical products. Also known as winding wire. 1. Superior high-frequency characteristics
--Low loss: there is no magnetic material core, no hysteresis loss
and eddy current loss. Hysteresis loss arises from the energy
consumption during repeated magnetization and demagnetization of
the magnetic material in an alternating magnetic field, while eddy

no magnetic saturation, and even under high current or strong
magnetic field environment, they can maintain stable inductance
characteristics, which ensures stable operation of circuits in
various working conditions, such as in high-frequency and
high-power transmitting circuits, and maintains stable inductance
performance.
2. Good linearity
--Low signal distortion: The inductance value of hollow inductor
basically does not change with the size of the current, and it has
good linearity characteristics. When dealing with alternating
signals, it can ensure that the amplitude and phase relationship of
the signal is accurate, and will not produce signal distortion due
to the nonlinearity of the inductor. In the audio power amplifier,
used in the processing of audio signals can ensure high-fidelity
sound reproduction, to avoid sound distortion, noise and other

4. Good heat dissipation performance
--No core heat: Since there is no heat generated by core loss, the
main heat source of Flat Hallow Inductor Coils during operation is
the Joule heat generated by the winding resistance. Compared with
magnetic core inductor, its heat dissipation burden is small.
Moreover, air as a heat dissipation medium is conducive to the
natural dispersion of heat without additional complex heat
dissipation measures, which is advantageous in some application
scenarios with high heat dissipation requirements but limited
