Equipment Summary:
1.This equipment is mainly used for sealing and disassembling coin cell. Only one mold (sealing/disassembling) can be selected for the standard configuration . Manual rocker drive hydraulic pump, put the cell into the mold, hand rocker drive, the upper and lower mold automatically closed, the battery sealing molding, applied to the laboratory battery material research and development of sample production coin cell, capacitor research sealing, also small batch trial production in factory.Different moulds can also be used for dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, pressing nickel foam, pressing molding, riveting etc.
2.The disassembling mold is used for the complete disassembly of the cathode and ande cell shell after the button battery sealing, which is convenient for the study and analysis of the sample intake of the battery internal materials.
