Bq Nq Hq Pq Diamond Core Drilling Impregnated Diamond Core Bits with Reaming Shell
Impregnated Diamond Core Bits are used for drilling materials like the rock, concrete, limestone,
granite, marble, clay, basalt, schist, quartz etc. The main crown technical parameters of impregnated diamond core
bits include diamond grade,size, concentrarion and quality,matrix
hardness and crown shapes. The users can make rational selections
according to the formations to be drilled.
To avoid excessive bit wear, tungsten carbide inserts are used on
both sides on the waterway,and gage stones are a bit large.
Impregnated Diamond Core Bit is made with high quality synthetic
diamonds, mixed evenly through a metal alloy matrix. It can drill
various formations from the softest to hardest rocks.
Size:
All standard drilling sizes are available. Also, non-standard sized
bits can be produced as per your requirements.
Crown Height:
We could offers crown impreg depths of 9mm, 12mm, 14mm and 16mm
.The taller crown heights provide improved bit stability and
reduced vibrations, enhancing bit life and performance.
