The Cone Rubber Fenders are an efficient rubber fender type that used in various applications. It has a conical body and fully rubber-embedded mounting flanges. Its refined geometry and conical shape result in a number of outstanding performance characteristics.

The Cone body shape makes cone fenders very stable, even at large compression angles, and provides excellent shear strength. Cone rubber fenders have very complete shape, it’s economical and easy to handle.

Installation Accessories

Front Panel: Reduces surface pressure and avoids damage to fenders and boats.

Face Panel: Reduce the coefficient of friction to protect the hull. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.

Pre-installed Bolts and Nuts: Used to secure the fender to the dock. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Preset U-Rings: Secure the chain. Q235 painted or hot dip galvanized.

Anchor Bolt: Connect accessories such as fenders and front panels. Stainless steel (or hot dip galvanized).

Weight Chain: Supports the front panel to avoid sagging. 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304, SUS316 stainless steel or Q235 hot dip galvanized.

Tension Chain: When the lower part of the fender is stressed, it limits the deflection of the fender. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Shear Chain: Prevents shear deformation of the fender system. Q235 hot dip galvanized or painted.

Financial targets 2023

We have defined ambitious financial targets for our company. By 2023, Hongruntong Marine aims to grow sales to 600 million dollars, of which 300 million dollars will come from emerging markets. For adjusted earnings per preferred share (EPS), Hongruntong Marine targets a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10 percent between now and 2023. These financial targets are based on organic growth, including continuous portfolio optimization, that is, small and mid-sized acquisitions as well as divestment or discontinuation of nonstrategic activities. Potential major acquisitions or divestments are not built into our financial targets.
