Temporary Fencing Panels

LNF specializes in manufacturing temporary fencing solutions for a range of sites. Temporary fencing around a construction site can provide the site safety from the trespassers and reduce injuries. In Australia and New Zealand, it is a mandatory requirement for the temporary fence construction site. Usually we use 2.1m height and 2.4m length panel, concrete filled base to fix the two panels, and steel clamps to connect two temp fence panel. It’s very sturdy and secured. Also, the barbed wire, bracing, shade cloth and temp fence gate can be your separate choices.

1. Temporary Fence Panel Specs

We provide economy, standard and heavy duty fence options. As the processing of temp fence panel, there are two ways. one is pre-galvanized wire and frame pipe welded together strongly on the front and back sides, then sprayed painting zinc silver color. The another way is black material raw wire and black pipe welded together for both front and behind sides, then hot dipped galvanized for the whole temp fence panel, which plates amount is more than 42 Microns ( AS4687-2007 Standard).
Also some other special customers asks the middle vertical brace to reinforce the wire mesh panel and frame pipe to anti crush and wind.

At first stage before 2013, most of Australian wholesalers sell hot dipped galvanized temporary fence to the local customers, and repair some bad rusting panels by painting. Then one of them find this conditiones, choose the pre-galvanized way and painting the whole panel, which seems the same quality as hot dipped galvanzied one, but installed some monthes later, all panels welding point beaigns to get rust.
Above all, we suugest the strong and last-long temporary fence panels, maybe it higher prices, but reasonable and values its good quality.

3. Temporary Fence Plastic Base

Temporary fencing is commonly equipped with plastic bases/feet. Our temporary fencing feet comes with a 5 year UV and anti-aging guarantee to accommodate to the Australian climate. The qualified plastic coating contribute to fade-proof performance to maximize health and eliminate safety risks.

• Temp fence feet - High quality anti-uv formula, UV absorbent 2002, UV uv-p, UV absorbent uv-531 as well BHT2, 6-di-buty1-4-methylphenol yellow UV;

• Temporary fence feet material: Adopt bright and pure master color granules, high-density polyethylene No. 5502. The temp fence feet has good mechanical properties, the tensile strength is more than 50mpa, the tensile strength is 500KG/cm. Impact resistance more than 50J/m, bending elasticity of 24000KG/cm, load winding temperature more than 100℃, hardness, excellent aging.

• Temporary fence Base weight can be customized according to customer requirements for weight 0.9,1.0,1.1,1.5KG to 1.2KG and a variety of 1.5KG weight.

• Temporary fence feet dimensions are generally 600mmX230mmX150mm-- diameter -mm mounting 32/38/40/42/48/50mm long tubes (various diameter details).
