The pole mounted low voltage reactive power automatic compensation
device is installed on the outdoor poles or brackets. The device is
mainly composed of a box, self-healing capacitors, switches or
contactors, lightning arresters, and circuit breakers.
The pole mounted low-voltage reactive power automatic compensation
device takes the intelligent reactive power controller as the core,
and uses special switching devices as the switching unit of the
capacitor bank. According to the power factor of the grid, reactive
power or line voltage, the capacitor is automatically switched on
and off, the performance is stable. Quality is reliable.
Used in power, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, mining, railway, chemical, oil fields, hotels and other 380 volt power systems to increase grid power factor, reduce line losses, and improve power quality. The device uses low-voltage intelligent capacitors inside, and the structure is compact; the switch uses composite switch, and the switching current is small; the device can compensate three phases or single phase, and the capacity distribution is more reasonable.
(1) The cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel
plate (or stainless steel), with good flatness, and the surface is
treated with anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment; the inner
frame is made of galvanized steel sheet aluminum-zinc steel sheet
to ensure better conductivity and corrosion resistance.
(2) Complete protection functions: short-circuit, overload,
over-voltage, under-voltage, and lack of equal protection; various
parameter settings are convenient; when an external related fault
occurs, it will automatically exit operation, and automatically
resume operation after power is supplied.
(3) The device has a high intelligent program, which can realize
