Working principle of ore color separator: the selected material enters the machine from the hopper at the top, is transmitted along the channel through the vibration of the vibrator device, enters the observation area in the sorting room, and passes between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the intensity and color change of the light, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color particles to the waste hopper, and the well-selected materials continue to fall to the finished product hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection.
