The electric hydraulic thruster consists of two parts, the driving motor and the body (centrifugal pump). The body part is composed of cover, cylinder, piston, impeller and rotating shaft.
When energized, the motor drives the transmission shaft and the impeller on the rotating shaft to rotate, generating pressure in the piston. Under the influence of this pressure, the oil is sucked from the upper part of the piston to the lower part of the piston, forcing the piston, the push rod and beam fixed on it to rise rapidly. Mechanical motion is generated by mechanically compressing the load spring (pusher or brake with load spring) through the lever.
When the power is cut off, the impeller stops rotating, and the piston drops rapidly under the action of load spring force and its own gravity, forcing the oil to flow back into the upper part of the piston. At this time, it still returns to its original position through the lever mechanism.
Electric hydraulic thruster is often used with brake frame for braking of various transmission devices.
