Machine Introduction of Flexo Printing Machine

The fixed unit of each unit adopts vacuum adsorption type conveying device, the printing unit adopts servo control for color register, and optional infrared (IR) or ultraviolet (UV) drying device to realize high dot precision printing; the whole machine adopts touch screen PLC control, optional It can store and recall the order data without stopping the machine to change the version. The order change is fast and the operation is convenient.

Paper feeding unit: Originally imported from the latest leading edge paper feeding platform of American Sun Company, paper feeding is stable and fast
Printing unit: quick plate change (optional non-stop plate change), imported brand squeegee ink supply system
Coating unit: UV varnish or water-based varnish can be selected during production
Double breaking wheel grooving unit: adopts large crimping structure to make crimping effect more perfect; multiple crimping, precise grooving
Die-cutting unit: Servo motor drive, effectively reducing the vibration to the printing unit, making printing more accurate
Drying unit: optional infrared and ultraviolet drying system

Main units

Leading edge paper feeding unit 1. Three-axis leading edge paper feed, increase the fan flow, and paper feed more smoothly and accurately. 2. Frequency conversion controls the vacuum air flow and pressure to match the cardboard size.

Printing unit 1. The surface of the steel pipe is sprayed with ceramics and then ground and laser engraved. 2. The dots are consistent and the ink is evenly applied. 3. Extend the service life of printing plate and rubber roller.

Slotting unit 1. The creasing shaft is made of solid steel, polished, and the surface is plated with hard chrome. 2. The first set of creasing roller, the cardboard after pre-press is not easy to be crushed.
