Profile :
We always use raw material 42CrMo4 to produce the popular press brake tooling and all the tooling are hardened and ground to reach the hardness of 48~52 HRC (Rockwell hardness), the procedure for holistic heat treatment is as follow :
quenching + tempering + 860 °C Oil quenching + 390°C Tempering .
At last ,the tolerance of tooling we can control is +/-0.02mm

we can manufacture Acute tooling, Goose neck punch ,Single V die ,2
V die ,Multi V die block, die holder and upper adaptor for punch.
