Double facer machine:
1. A complete set of new energy-saving and rapid temperature rise
and fall cavity tube type hot plate, with S-shaped gyration, double
entry and double exit, fast steam flow rate, rapid heat exchange
and timely discharge of condensed water;
2. The hot plate is fixed by locking one end and swimming the other
end, which effectively reduces the upper surface camber caused by
thermal deformation of the hot plate;
3. The paper inlet matching paper heating arc-shaped guide board,
the inner paper heating arc-shaped plate and the paper inlet sharp
spraying mechanism improve the temperature of the cardboard during
bonding;
4. The frame adopts H steel stacking design and is equipped with a
bottom frame, which is not easy to deform;
