Product Introduction

Adjustable choke is used to control the flow rate of fluids for a broad range of application, including well testing, wellheads, stream injection, choke manifold and well clean operation, etc. It’s the main spare part of choke manifold. Regarding the chokes our client ordered, size is 7 1/16" with working pressure 5000Psi. Our adjustable valve meets API 6A strictly. Temperature level is U, performance level is PR1. Material level is DD, meanwhile product specification level is PSL2. Our product and package got positive evaluation from client.

Adjustable and positive choke valves are designed for reliable flow control and maximum wear life, The choke valves are available in flanged or threaded ends in standard bore sizes form 1-13/16" thru 13-5/8", in working pressures of 2000 psi through 20000 psi.

Operation Instruction

According to medium flow direction and by the flowdirection indicating plate of the valve, the valve isinstalled. As positive flowing, The medium lifts the valvecore and pass easily; If no positive medium pressure,valve core will self-shut off valve gate under self-weightand spring's tensile force, the back medium flowing stop.
