Product Overview

The MD screens were designed in tandem, to take full advantage of the technology available through the use of composite materials, while maximizing shaker perfomance. The Xinghuo composite screens for MD series shakers feature a novel self-latching design that maitains screen-to-screen seal and allows screens to be removed as a unit with no tools required.

Covering: MI-SWACO Mongoose,MI-SWACO MD-3/MD-2,NOV Brandt Cobra,Venom, D380, VSM-300 first / second layer, FSI, 500 & 2000 and other 10 kinds of replaceable screen injection plastics moulds. According to the customer's requirements, we can also develop the composite frame screen mould.

Specialities of Replacement Swaco MD-3 Shaker Screen:

• The screen hot pressing adopts four side tension technology, which is more flat than the same industry screen, better fit with the bottom screen, and longer service life.
• The iron framework is welded by robot automatically, with high welding strength, less manual intervention and good quality consistency.
• Injection plastic is disposable plastic, with high temperature resistance of over 140 ℃, good toughness, so as to improve the seismic capacity and service life of the screen.
• The regular shape of the composite frame screen is more convenient for the screen to be repaired and used after the local damage of the screen through the plug, so as to further reduce the cost.
• Compared with the iron frame screen, the effective area of the composite frame screen is increased by 10% - 20%.
• The composite frame screen is not easy to rust, and the storage life is greatly extended. It can be stored for more than 5 years without affecting the use.
