All the fittings, windows, faucets, electricity, plumbing, are based on the Australian Standard.

Flooring: we use ceramic tile for kitchen and toilet area, PVC planking for the bedroom area.

Wall: PU sandwich panel

Roof: Rockwool sandwich panel

Structure: 40HQ container + cement fiber sheet as floor structural board​
