Aerosol Photometer and Aerosol Generator are used to detect the leakage efficiency of high efficiency filter. When the aerosol generator is combined with aerosol photometer, the defects of the filter, such as pinhole, leakage point, gasket leakage, internal leakage, or frame leakage, can be quickly detected, and timely correction and relevant measures can be taken to ensure the efficiency of the high efficiency filter and the cleanliness level of the ultra clean room.
