Brass Bonnet: High-density forging, no blister, no air holes, no leakages. Made by special high precision CNC machines.

Valve Ball: Smooth and wear resisting, with good sealing performance.

Brass Valve Stem: Made of hot rolled brass, high tensile strength, good toughness, long-term use without deformation, fracture.

Ball Seat: Made by pure PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene), with high elasticity and wear resistance, is not easy aging.

Handle: Iron Handle Chrome Plating, the surface is coated against corrosion, the coating is thickened, comfortable using.

O-ring: NBR & FKM, made of imported raw material, small friction coefficient, long service life and not easy to leak.

Q1. Can I get a sample for you? how long it will take?
A: Of course. For existing sample, it takes 2-3 days and they are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new MOLD, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

Q3: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
