Product Overview

Working Principle
The disc revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane. Basic fertilizer powder mixed according to the formula is added into the disc during the revolving process. The powder rises along with the revolving disc under friction between the powder and disc surface, while simultaneously falling down due to gravity. Concurrently, centrifugal force swings the powder toward the disc edge. With the spraying of cementing agent water, the powder material rolls in a specific trajectory under the combined function of these three forces, gradually forming into the required size before overflowing from the disc edge.
